DescriptionCampaign badge consisting of a red, white, and blue-striped ribbon with photograph of man facing proper right adhered to the bottom section. Also attached on the bottom right side is a small piece of blue fabric with gold-tone text that extends to the right. There are two metal and fabric U.S. flag decorations, possibly originally attached to the top of the ribbon.DimensionsHeight x Width: 2.25 × 2.563 in. MarksStamped on the reverse side of the red. white, and blue ribbon is a maker's mark that reads: "J. H. SHAW / 818 ARCH ST. / PHILADA."
