Historical NotesA native of Dormont, Pennsylvania, Robert Schmalzried is a successful artist, using the cityscape and people of Pittsburgh as inspirations for many of his pieces. He received a B.A. from Duquesne University, followed up by a Master's Degree from Sorbonne in Paris.
