Historical NotesIndiana Glass Company compote. Indiana Glass Co., in Indiana, Pennsylvania, in 1892 was purchased by Harry Northwood in 1896, and joined the National Glass Company combine in 1899 and became the Dugan Glass Company in 1904. Part of a collection of regionally-made glass that document the work of regional manufacturers in the late 19th and 20th centuries and the consumer base for glass in this region.
