DescriptionBrown metal store token. Circular, flat token has border around perimeter on both sides. Front has inset dotted circle, raised business text around the perimeter and at center, and a star at bottom center. Reverse center has flaming lamp sitting atop two books and raised text along the top perimeter and bottom center. Sides are smooth. DimensionsDiameter x Depth: 1.063 x 0.063 in. (2.7 x 0.2 cm)
InscriptionsFront of coin has raised perimeter text "MORSE'S LITE..." and center text "... / FOURTH ST. / PITTSBURG / PA"; most of the text is illegible.

Reverse of coin has raised Latin text along the top perimeter "SIC ITUR AD..." and at bottom "M. P. MORSE."; much of the text is illegible; the Latin text appears to be a quote from Virgil's Aeneid "Sic itur ad astra" which translates to "thus one journeys to the stars".
