Back of the disk features a raised image of the Seal of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the center. Raised text around the outside of the image. InscriptionsText reads: "GOLDWATER / IN / '64". Text on the back reads: "STATE OF" at the top, and "PENNSYLVANIA" at the bottom.
