Historical NotesThis bear dressed in a Mister Rogers' sweater was given out at a special screening of the film “A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood” starring Tom Hanks as Mister Rogers. The screening was sponsored by Visit Pittsburgh and the giveaway came with a keychain that says “Pull Up A Chair” the 2019 ad campaign and slogan for Visit Pittsburgh. The film debuted in November of 2019 and Heinz History Center Curator Emily Ruby attended the showing and received the bear as promotional giveaway.
