Historical NotesPart of a collection of political memorabilia related to Andrew Butko's involvement in national, state, and local Democratic Party politics. Larry Yatch, a lawyer from Highland Park, was head of the Pennsylvania Democratic Committee beginning in 1986 and after spending six years as the state party’s treasurer. He ran again in 1988 on an unopposed ticket.
