Historical NotesPart of a collection of political memorabilia related to Andrew Butko's involvement in national, state, and local Democratic Party politics. P. Jules Patt used his personal fortune as a developer in Blair County to run for Pennsylvania governor as a Democrat in 1986, but dropped out during the primary. This was his first campaign for public office. Robert Casey went on to win the election.
