DescriptionDistinctive unit insignia of the 99th Regional Support Command. Gold metal insignia is oval with flat bottom edge. Front has gold metal and black, white, blue, green, and red enamel details. Design consists of a white king chess piece on a black enamel area enclosed laterally by two blue and white checkered squares of nine pieces each, five blue and four white, and arched to base passing behind the lower portion of the chess piece two bars, the inner green and the other red, both terminating at the checkered squares, and arched across the top a gold scroll bearing black text.
