Historical NotesPete "Pecky" Suder was a professional baseball player from Aliquippa, Pa. He was a utility infielder for the Philadelphia/Kansas City Athletics from 1941-1943 and 1946-1955. Suder's career began in 1935, but was interrupted by World War II. During the war he served in the European Theater. After returning home, he went to play for the Athletics.
