Bellas that includes his name, serial number, religion ("P" for Protestant), inoculation information ("TET" for Tetanus, dated February 1943), and blood type (Type A). During World War II, Charles Bellas served as a chief mechanic with the 2nd Marine Air Wing in the Pacific, including in the Solomon Islands, Guadalcanal, and Bougainville.
