top box has text "ENVIROPET / This pristine white carpet used to be a Heinz Ketchup bottle. ENVIROPET TM, the name of / the new package which will be introduced by Heinz in 1991, was recycled and used to / manufacture this carpet. It is the result of a multi-year, multi-million dollar development / effort between Heinz U.S.A., a Division of the H.J. Heinz Company and Continental PET / Technologies, a Division of the Continental Can Company. The significance of this / technological breakthrough is that the new package delivers an optimum balance of product / protection, consumer convenience, safety, and environmental compatibility. This new high / barrier PET (polyethylene terephthalate) package is fully recyclable through existing PET / beverage bottle reclamation systems. Without this technological breakthrough in barrier / packaging, PET was not suitable for oxygen-sensitive products such as Ketchup. / In 1983, Heinz U.S.A. pioneered and introduced the squeezable plastic Ketchup bottle, / now preferred by a majority of today’s consumers because it is lightweight, shatterproof and / easy to use. However, it is difficult to recycle in the existing marketplace.";
bottom box has text "THE RECYCLING SOLUTION…";
black text at bottom "IMAGE / CARPETS / INCORPORATED / Image Carpets, Inc. is proud to be associated with Heinz in this pioneering endeavor… / For more information on Image’s / carpet of tomorrow, being made today in Armuchee, Georgia, call us at 1-800-722-2504 or / 404-235-8444."
