Historical NotesKennedy Space Center (KSC) patch belonging to Jay Apt. This patch was not flown in space, but was acquired by Jay Apt when he was assigned to KSC in 1986-1988 following the first Space Shuttle crash as one of the team refining Space Shuttle launch processing procedures to correct some of the issues found in the post-crash reviews.
