Historical NotesRino Miglioretti, Jr. is a third-generation winemaker that grew up in East Liberty. His family originates from Northern Italy and they were active in the North Italy Beneficial Society, which maintained a clubhouse in East Liberty. Rino learned the craft of making from his father, Rino Miglioretti, Sr. He has since taught others how to make wine. Rino and his friends make wine from several different variety of grapes and each year they buy their grapes together from Consumers Fresh Produce in the Strip District. The custom labels on the wine bottle was designed by his late brother, Martin Miglioretti, and features a picture of their father.
