Round metal plate on rear iron stand has raised text around outer perimeter "Westinghouse Adjustomatic" and around inner bolt "DELUXE 800 WATT".
Imprinted text on the rear of the iron body: "Westinghouse / ADJUST-O-MATIC / PAT. NOS. 1.448.240-1.491.363 / 115 VOLTS 800 WATTS CAT. No. LHC-4 / WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC & MFG. CO. / MANSFIELD WORKS, MANSFIELD, OHIO, U.S.A. / MADE IN U.S.A."
Imprinted numbers on underside of rear iron stand may be a serial number or product number "341875"; the top of the numbers is illegible.

Plug that connects to the rear of the iron has raised text on each side at center "LEVITON" and on each side along plug end "5A 250V 10A 125V".
Wall outlet plug has illegible raised text on end of the plug; on the exterior side of each of the prongs there is inscribed text "UL" within a circle.
