Label TextDecanters of this shape with three applied neck rings and the strawberry diamond and fan cutting are usually attributed to Pittsburgh factories such as Bakewell. However, other glass companied in the region, in Philadelphia, Maryland, and abroad, produced similar pieces. Without a family history or provenance, we can only say this might have been made here. Possibly Pittsburgh; colorless lead glass, blown with cut decoration.
