Historical NotesC. Doyle Steele (Democrat) served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1967 to 1971. The 60th district is comprised of parts of Armstrong and Indiana Counties. He was a lifelong resident of Apollo, Pennsylvania. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. As an attorney, he operated his own law practice in Apollo from 1953 until his death in 1999.
