Historical NotesThis wine glass is an example of early American pressed glass pattern Toltec made by McKee Glass Company. It represents a change in glass patterns and techniques. The company was granted a patent for its Pres-Cut glassware that looked like cut glass but with the price of pressed glass. This piece demonstrates the innovations in glass making and glass patterns in Western Pennsylvania.
