InscriptionsFRONT: stamped in black is "TUFF GUY"; on left and right sides are Westinghouse logos of an underlined "W" encircled with a black ring that reads "WESTINGHOUSE" along the top and has three stars along the bottom.
MarksBACK: on right side of seam is stamped "7 1/4".
Historical NotesTuff Guy toque. According to donor Ed Reis, the Westinghouse "Tuff Guys" were Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing Company employees who attended cooking classes held at the East Pittsburgh Plant from 1936 to 1956.
