At the top of the back "33A" is handwritten in pencil.

Historical NotesHomestead District Olympic Celebration Swimming Medal. Donated by Cleon Wingard, whose mother, Lenore Kight Wingard, was an Olympic swimmer and an internationally renowned athlete in the 1930s. She participated in the 1932 and 1936 Olympic Games.
