Silver badge on the front in the shape of the Pittsburgh coat of arms surrounded by two laurels. Three silver studs across the bottom front of the helmet. Historical NotesProbably belonged to Ed Quinlan as indicated by a note found with the helmets regarding his wife, Kate Quinlan. Part of the Pittsburgh Police Historical Association collection.
