Historical NotesPurchased in Slovenia by a member of the Slovenian Heritage Association. Used by the organziation at their group events and in their displays at the Pittsburgh Folk Festival. Baskets like this one would be used in Slovenian domestic life, e.g. to carry agricultural products.
