Historical NotesPart of a collection from Fifth Avenue High School. Donor Ray Outlaw played basketball and football for Fifth Avenue High School from 1958 to 1964, he grew up four blocks from the school. He opened a barber shop called Ray Outlaw's Barber Shop at 1819 Fifth Avenue; it was open from 1970 until 1986. The last principal at Fifth Avenue gave Outlaw the donated items when the school closed in 1976.
