DescriptionOval bust portrait, chest up of older Caucasian male, subject is in three-quarter view to the proper right with gaze forward. Oil paint on oval wood panel. Subject is wearing blue/black coat and white ruffled collar. His hair (or wig) is white and he has a high forehead. He has brown eyes and slight double chin. He is seated in a tan chair and before a brownish/green broad column. To left of column is red curtain; lower left appears open blue sky.
