Historical NotesThe Pittsburgh Steelers defeated the St. Louis Rams to win Super Bowl XIV in 1980, with a score of 31 to 19. Merv Corning was Art Rooney Sr.'s go-to artist for recalling great Steelers moments as well as players in stylized artwork. He passed away in 2006.
