InscriptionsAt the very top, in faded yellow ink, reads "CENTRAL". Below this in red ink reads: "HARTRANFT". Under this, printed in red, is a small decorative element. Under this is a drawn image of Hartranft facing proper right. Around image is a frame of small yellowing crosses. Under this is the same small decorative element as above.
