Label TextA Serbian legend recalls that Prince Marko rode a magnificent steed, Sharatz. On one side he carried a large mace, and for balance, on the other side he carried a Cuturak, or a flask, filled with wine. Prince Marko is known as a great defender of Serbs and a fierce opponent to anyone who fought against the Serbs. The Cuturak, or canteen, seen here is embellished with the phrase “Gdje se pjesma ori Tamo Srce ZBORI” (Where there is singing, there the heart beats) and “Verso iz obilja vaca ima veselo ye spse suima” (abundance of fruit gives a happy heart to all).
