Historical NotesJ.A.M. Passmore was a candidate for Lieutenant Governor in the 1890 election. The 1890 Election saw Robert Pattison run and subsequently win the governorship as a Democratic candidate, and George W. Delamater run as the Republican candidate. Daniel Hastings and Edward A. Montooth were other Republican contenders.
