DescriptionBlack and yellow military cap. The cap folds upward to make a large band, this band has yellow trim along its edge. On the front of the band is a patch. The main body of the patch is blue and has a yellow border. The inscription in the patch has organization name. In the middle of the patch is a scene with a man kneeling before a lady in all white. The lady is Columbia a personification for the United States. Behind her is an American Flag. Under the patch is the inscription in yellow thread with organization name. On the other side of the cap is an inscription in yellow acronym for Disabled American Veterans. Inside of the cap is a yellow silk lining. The brim of the cap is made of a brown leather that has been sewn to the cap with black thread. The silk lining has been sewn with black thread starting under the leather brim.
