Historical Notes"Harrison Invincibles" may refer to a Benjamin Harrison support group. Louis Watres was elected Lieutenant Governor in 1890. "Stewart" probably refers to Thomas Stewart. The 1890 Election saw Robert Pattison run and subsequently win the governorship as a Democratic candidate, and George W. Delamater run as the Republican candidate. Daniel Hastings and Edward A. Montooth were other Republican contenders.
