DescriptionYellowing ribbon attached to a gold-toned pin at the top and decorated with fringe at the bottom. In gold-toned ink, ribbon reads: "BERKS / DELEGATION FOR / AFTER THE CONVENTION / FOR THE NOMINEE". Between " Delegation for " and "after the convention" is an image of a man facing proper left. On the top and bottom of text is a line of decoration.
