Historical NotesJonas Roup was the father of John Roup, father-in-law of Catherine Winebiddle Roup, grandfather of Rebecca Roup Baum, great-grandfather of William Winebiddle Baum, and great-great-grandfather of Paul J. Baum. This painting was a bequest to the Historical Society of Western Pennsylvania from the estate of Mrs. Paul J. (Helen) Baum.
