DescriptionBrown motorized wheelchair with chrome metal framework. Brown vinyl back cushion, seat cushion, pads, and armrests. Proper right armrest has a tennis ball mounted at the rear and a black plastic component mounted at front. Two webbed canvas straps serve as chest belt and seatbelt with Velcro closures. Two footrests with webbed canvas strap on top. Four gray rubber tires: two smaller front tires and two larger rear tires. Control box in front of proper right armrest. Underside of wheelchair has compartment for battery and mechanical elements. Break lever on each large rear wheel. Battery was removed and discarded.InscriptionsMechanical/electrical box below seat has black text on back "CIRCUIT / BREAKER / RIGHT / MOTOR / JOYSTICK / + - / BATTERY / LEFT / MOTOR".

Each larger rear tire has raised text on the side "20 X 2.125 TO FIT 6-2 SCHWINN TUBULAR RIM / ... / KEEP INFLATED 30 - 35 POUNDS / SCHWINN STING RAY GRIPER SLIK... / MADE IN U.S.A."; text is difficult to read on each tire; text is illegible in places especially on the proper right rear tire.

Each footrest has raised text on top "INVACARE" repeated twice.

Red and silver maker plate below seat on the speed reducers have text "AbART ABART GEAR & MACHINE CO. / CHICAGO, ILL. / MADE IN U.S.A. / WORM GEAR / SPEED REDUCERS / ...";
Proper right one has text "SER. NO. N-66050";
Proper left one has text "SER. NO. N-69891".

Maker plate on undercarriage crossbar is blue and silver and has text "ROLLS / WHEEL CHAIRS / BY / INVACARE CORPORATION / MADE IN U.S.A. / A-500928AM / SERIAL / NO. / ELYRIA, OHIO / MODEL / MN918".

Top of each gray rubber handle cover at the top of the wheelchair back has imprinted text "HUNT / WILDE / CORPORATION".
