Raised print on the bottom depicts a triangle with an "H" inside. Underside at edge has white paint(?) with handwritten in black ink "E-22". Stamped
Historical NotesAdolf Edlis founded the Pittsburgh Barber and Beauty Supply Business, later known as the Edlis Company, in 1888. The company manufactured perfumes, shampoos, hair dyes, and beauty and barber shop furnishings and distributed various brands of beauty and barber products. As of 2015, the company is still in existence at 2006 Smallman Street, Pittsburgh, PA.
