Label TextOn Anne Royall’s visit to the Bakewell factory in 1828 she described the engraving of greyhounds on tumblers. Although other factories used the greyhound motif, we know that this tumbler was made by Bakewell. Benjamin Bakewell gave it to John Reynolds as a gift.
